Cross Lane Primary School, Cross Lane, Elland. HX5 0LP. The multi-disciplinary professional construction consultant will initially undertake a feasibility study RIBA Stages 0-2. On satisfactory completion of RIBA Stages 0-2, and the option being approved, the commission will progress to RIBA stages 3-7. A break clause will be inserted at the completion of stage 2.
