Description
The Supplier shall design, deliver monitor and evaluate a series of trials to explore the effectiveness of a number of specific non-legislative labour market interventions. The trials shall consider the following questions (subject to change): The impact of providing targeted high quality HR support to small business Can a limited amount of HR consultancy help SMEs to retain workers (particularly those at risk of leaving the labour market)? Can HR consultancy help SMEs to increase labour market activity rates by increasing the number and range of candidates they attract Can HR consultancy support successfully enable firms to implement key practices for retention such as flexible working and reasonable adjustments (including occupational health) and conflext and absence management The extent to which the design of job platform websites can: Encourage employers to make reasonable adjustments Increase transparency of part-time working hours Attract applicants to good employers Encourage jobseekers to consider new roles for their skillset Encourage jobseekers to explore adjacent career paths The impact of providing additional career support for mothers on Maternity Leave: Assess the impact of providing information only (eg on flexible working, childcare entitlements and careers paths and support networks (eg initiatives for female entrepreneurs) Assess the impact of a careers coaching session
