Facilities Management - Mechanical & Electrical Services

Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Authority is seeking to contract for the delivery of its scope of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) servicing and maintenance requirements. The requirements include planned preventative maintenance (PPM), 24/7 reactive maintenance and repairs, optional additional services, and contract management responsibilities including KPI reporting. The opportunity is available in two Lots. Lot 1 – ALL asset types and services Lot 2 – Asset types and services are separated into three (3) sub-Lots 2A – Specialist Mechanical 2B – Mechanical & Electrical 2C – Specialist Electrical Bidders may compete in any or all Lots / sub-Lots.
