AT1255 Services for Supported Accommodation DN701674

This service is for 16–17 years of age and 18-25 years of age who are leaving/have left care and require additional support services to enable them to live independently. Lots 1A, 2A and 3A are for 16/17 years old. Lots 1B, 2B and 3B are for 18+ Care Leavers. 1A = Supported accommodation in a self-contained unit. 2A = Supported accommodation in a shared or group living situation in premises used to accommodate only looked after children and care leavers. 3A = Supported accommodation in a shared or group living situation in premises which are not limited to accommodating looked after children and care leavers. 1B = 18+ Supported accommodation in a self-contained unit where accommodation is for sole use of young person. 2B = Supported accommodation in a shared or group living situation in premises to accommodate only looked after children and care leavers. 3B = Supported accommodation in a shared or group living situation in premises which are not limited to accommodating looked after children and care leavers.
