South Holland District Council are seeking a supplier to provide local town centre and high street businesses with advice and support to help promote, grow and maximise their businesses potential. The advice and support will cover a variety of areas including, but not limited to, the use of social media-based advertising, website development, shop presentation and promoting their business.
