SADC Re-Tender - Batchwood Golf Course - 9th Hole Redesign Works

The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake works for Batchwood Golf Course. The current 9th hole layout is causing a Health & Safety issue to nearby residents and general public. Following a phase of redesign St Albans City & District Council are looking to appoint a contractor to undertake the construction of the redesigned hole layout. This will include but not limited to; shaping of a new fairway, construction of new teeing areas, a new green complex with bunkering, contours, and irrigation.
