HVAC Fire Damper Surveying & Maintenance Management Services

FXPlus is seeking a supplier to provide services for HVAC fire damper surveying and maintenance management, for its Penryn (TR10 9FE) and Woodlane (TR11 8HR) Campuses in Cornwall. The provider shall offer the services required to comply with damper and fire regulations to include the enabling of FXPlus to fulfil our legal duties stated under - The regulatory reform (fire safety) order 2005 and BS 9999: 2007; code of practice for fire safety in the design, management and use of buildings. It is essential that FXPlus contracts a high quality Supplier who can keep the Campuses functioning safely and efficiently over the dura-tion of the agreement with the minimal amount of disruption to the daily activities on Campus. The Supplier must demonstrate that it possesses the right skills and abilities to deliver the scope of services / works.
