Anson House and Hudson House, Thornaby - Replacement of Boosted Cold Water System

Thirteen Housing Group (THG) requires a company to carry out the following work/s: The work comprises the isolation and removal of the obsolete cold water storage and booster pump set. Temporary installation of a potable cold water storage tank & new booster pump set complete with pipework/insulation/ standalone controls and pipework modifications with control valves. Installation of a new GRP cold water storage tank & relocate new booster set complete with controls/electrical work/minor structural & builders work installation/ pipework modifications with control valves/gauges filters etc. The existing plant room doors are to be renewed. All work carried out must comply with Gas Safety (installation and use) Regulations 1998 and BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations).
