Stairlifts, Steplifts, Vertical Through Floor Lifts and Hoists A call off was undertaken from the YPO Framework 814 with contracts commencing 1st March 2019 until end of October 2020 however it transpired that although services were being provided by the providers, the current provision via the YPO framework did not include LOLER inspects. Because of this it was felt the current contracts were not fit for purpose and the Council took legal action to cease the contracts and negotiate new contracts with the same providers under PCR2015 Reg 32 (2) (c). The new contracts were back dated to commence on 1st May 2020 for 10 months to allow for a competitive tender process to be carried out.
