Description

This Contract Award Notice is issued in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 to notify the market of the intention to award a contract and to formally commence the standstill period for the provision of an Electronic Vote Counting System, which includes the supply of all scanners, networking and associated technology systems, display equipment, technology / digital systems for capturing information from all London Local Authorities, ballot papers and ballot boxes, as well as distribution to the nominated destinations in each London Local Authority for the London Mayoral and London Assembly election in 2028. The scope includes the design and implementation of the full training on using the E-Counting System.
