Description
St. Helens Council are seeking to hire external venues whose premises are located within the Borough of St Helens and be capable of holding meetings, conferences or training within their establishment. The property must have well maintained heated rooms, provide electronic/IT training equipment, catering facilities, adhere to the Equality Act 2010 and comply fully at all times with the Council's Terms and Conditions The contract will run for a two year period with the option to extend for a further 1+1 year extension period, with an anticipated start date of April 2018. The contract is to be awarded on an ad-hoc basis for use by all Council departments and various establishments within the Authority. To give client departments flexibility of room size and locations the contract will be awarded to multi venues. In these circumstances a forecast of future room hire bookings cannot be supplied. The Council cannot guarantee the amount of reservations any one particular establishment may or may not receive.
