Outdoor Public Festival of Light in Norwich in February 2022

Norfolk County Council (NCC) is looking to commission an organisation to develop and deliver an outdoor festival of light in Norwich in February 2022. The festival of light will safely encourage visitors to Norwich to view spectacles of light and performance across the city & participate in interactive light-themed activities. The festival will be delivered over a long weekend (three days) in February 2022.
