Welfare & Site Accommodation Hire - Story

Story Contracting & Story Plant Ltd have a requirement for hire of Welfare & Accommodation for use on all sites across its Rail & Construction sectors. The business is about to commence a competitive tender process with the market comprising of 2 Lots which suppliers can chose to bid for one or both: Lot 1 - traditional site welfare & accommodation Lot 2 - low carbon / eco site welfare & accommodation Requirements under each Lot will be listed within a detailed Specification document issued with the tender which bidders will be required to comply with & price against. All companies will then be reviewed against the selection criteria determined by Story prior to being invited to Tender. This will include but is not limited to: size of company & turnover in relation to our requirements, product range offering, geographical coverage, financial stability & accreditations etc. The tender will then be issued to identified companies in November 2021 for 3-4 weeks, with an anticipated contract award date of January 2022.
