The Contracting Authority (here the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex) is seeking to procure a Contractor for the flat roof repair to four blocks at Essex Police Headquarters, Chelmsford, Essex. The works comprise roof refurbishment to 23no. flat roof area and 1no. pitched roof together with the replacement of roof lights. The works require a new flat roof system with a 10 year guarantee. The terms and conditions of the proposed contract will based on the JCT Minor Works 2016 contract.
