The Management of Grounds maintenance Services

Wellspring Academy Trust invites tenders for the full supply of grounds maintenance services The Contractor shall provide all labour, equipment, goods and materials to provide the grounds maintenance service. The contract must be inclusive of all costs to deliver the specification, with no additional costs. Costs must be fixed. The scope of the contract and specification will include, but not be limited to: 1. Maintenance of grassed areas 2. Sports Pitch Marking and Maintenance, where applicable 3. Maintenance of Shrub and Plant Borders 4. Hedge and Tree Maintenance including initial tree survey 5. Weed Control 6. Fence Lines 7. Drainage Ditches
