Description
The work of the consultant should also help to raise awareness of the project, and raise the profile of the Record Office generally. We require the consultant to deliver the following outputs during the project’s Development Phase: • A suite of marketing tools based on the interim brand for The Hold that can be easily used by Record Office staff and partners, in print and online • Testing of the interim name The Hold to determine it is fit for purpose • Updated database of external events, publications and partners that the Suffolk Record Office should link into for the purposes of marketing and public relations • On the job support to develop the knowledge, skill and confidence of Suffolk Record Office’s staff, volunteers and partners in undertaking appropriate marketing work, including using social media • Support the Activity Plan Officer and Audience Development Consultant to engage the community including hard-to-reach groups • Outline proposals for marketing and communications for the Delivery Phase of the project (c. January 2018 to April 2021).
