21194 - Asbestos Management Surveys

To locate and describe the presence and extent of any suspect asbestos containing material (ACM) in the building which could be damaged or disturbed during normal occupancy, including foreseeable maintenance and installation, and to assess their condition. The council are duty holders for a range of buildings typical for a local authority, including municipal buildings, office blocks, commercial and industrial estates and works depots, adult and children’s day care and sleeping accommodation, libraries, community centres, and so on.
