UK SBS Acas Digital Advisory Service: Alpha

This contract was procured via further competition on Lot 1 of CCS RM1043iv Digital Outcomes and Specialists 2. This contract is for the provision of a team outcome to work on the Alpha stage of Acas' Digital Advisory Service project to help achieve increased user satisfaction for the service, increased use of the online guidance to self-serve, reduction of information only' helpline calls, increased ratio of web visits to calls and improved user experience for mobile and tablet. The supplier will look at navigation and content of Acas' guidance using 2 test areas, evaluate and make recommendations for Acas' existing technical architecture.
