New Markets Management Solution Pre-Market Engagement

Leicester City Council "the Council" currently use MACCS2 however we are looking to procure a new system for Markets Management and Rent Collection that is future proofed for the redeveloped market. The Council is interested in understanding the current market, and whether suppliers can supply all of our requirements and what solutions suppliers can provide. As a principle the Council is embracing digitalisation of as many services as possible. The contract for the Council's current solution is also due to expire in February 2023. Before commencing a formal tender process, the Council is keen to seek market information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field.
