Description
NHS England wishes to understand the effectiveness of talking therapy services commissioned to support people using sexual assault referral services (SAAS) in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. They are seeking to appoint an independent provider who can propose an appropriate way to evaluate the service, do the evaluation, provide answers to the questions given and make proposals as a consequence. Bidders are invited to submit offers for this requirement in accordance with the attached specification.
