BT1747 CDM Principal Designer Required for Sylam Close, Wauluds Primary School, Grampian Way.

The Housing Strategy and Development Team require the appointment of a CDM Principal Designer to fulfil all duties under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulation 2015 during the pre-construction phase for 3 projects. The 3 sites are being built by the Housing Strategy & Development team at Luton Borough Council to provide affordable council homes.
