Election Logistics

Stafford Borough Council is seeking a fixed price tender for the provision of a variety of duties to support the election process. These services include logistical, car park security, maintenance and repair of election equipment, the delivery of equipment to approximately 200 venues within an allocated timescale, the provision of out of hours and technical support as and when required and the setting up and dismantling of election Counts and retrieval and storage of equipment.Suppliers interested in submitting a fixed price tender will be expected to demonstrate a track record in this type of work and comply with the sensitivity associated with handling electoral material. They must be able to meet the required deadlines.
