Electronic Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solution

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is looking for interest from potential suppliers who can provide an electronic Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solution, that can support the organisation in managing its relationships with key suppliers, and providing a central resource to effectively manage its contracts. At this stage we are seeking interest, to better understand the market, the potential solutions that are available, and help inform the organisations requirements which will enable the organisation to understand the best route to market.
