3-004 ESDAL - Dispute Resolution Support

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of services within the Commercial Resolution Team (CRT), which is part of the Commercial Services Division. The team provides expert advice across Highways England in matters of disputes, litigation and commercial resolution, in order to protect the commercial interests of Highways England. The purpose of this work package contract is to obtain expert technical advice on a claim for additional costs submitted by one of our Suppliers. There is also potential for Highways England to instigate a counter claim against the Supplier. Finalising Highways England's position on this potential counter claim is also part of this work package.
