WSMSE Relocation to Reginald Mitchell Building - Refurbishment Works

The University has a tender opportunity for the appointment of main contractor for refurbishment works on four levels of the Reginald Mitchell n & one level of the Sir James Matthews building associated with the Relocation of the Warsash Maritime Academy to the University's main East Park Terrace Campus. This contract will be a two part design and build contract using JCT 2016 Contractor Terms and Conditions.
