GB-Edinburgh: Scurdie Ness Refurbishment

The proposed works will involve replacement of the optic and refurbishment and redecoration of the tower and mess facilities in the adjoining building. More specifically, the main items of work listed below: Civil 1. Replace existing welfare facilities with new 2. Redecorate internally as per bill items Electrical 3. Establish temporary navigation optic (NLB technicians) 4. Strip out and dispose of existing optic system (NLB technicians to remove optic itself) 5. Install new batteries and charger 6. Install new domestic equipment (lighting, heating, fire detection etc) 7. Install new optic system 8. Commission all electrical installations It is important that Tenderers or their representative(s) attend the site visit, any Tenderers submitting a tender that have not attended the site visit, will not be considered.
