Southampton Eating Well Service

Southampton City Council is seeking opinion on the development of a city wide food offer to improve nutrition and hydration for vulnerable individuals, preventing hospital and care homes admissions, working in partnership with the CCG, Public Health, Adult Social Care providers, NHS providers, voluntary and neighbourhood organisations. Details are also attached regarding an engagment event planned for the 13th December 2018, which is open to all that register to attend.
