Description
Leeds City Council is looking to appoint a consultant on behalf of ADASS Yorkshire and Humber to support the region's local authorities in developing their Better Care Fund plans for 2017-19, in line with the policy framework published by the Department of Health and the Department for Communities and Local Government. The Better Care Fund Development and Assurance Manager for the Yorkshire and Humber region will oversee the Better Care Fund (BCF) assurance process, working with all 15 councils in the region, to ensure that their plans for 2017-19: • are fit for purpose and meet national conditions; and • are developed within the national timescales.
