CWF Lot 1B - Refurbishment Parkside EPH, Maryport

The refurbishment and alteration of the Parkside EPH Maryport. The works include rewiring, new heating system, alterations to from larger bedrooms, disabled WC and enlarged laundry, replacement conservatory, demolition of garage and provision of scooter store, new windows and rainwater goods, widened paving around the home and car park enlargement. There is also a new garden room and all the flooring coverings are being replaced and the internal doors and screens renewed. The works will take place when the home has been temporarily decanted to allow the works to take place with no disruption to the residents
