EBC - AC - Riverhill Open Space Access Gates - AWARD

Elmbridge Borough Council is approaching the market for a specialist contractor to design, supply and install access gates at Riverhill Open Space, Cobham. Riverhill Open Space was developed and improved in 2011/12 in partnership with Cobham Conservation and Heritage Trust and is now a popular open space all year round. Currently during periods of inclement weather, the entrances to the lower part of the site are closed using temporary fencing, but as the site is regularly flooded a permanent solution is necessary. It is the Council's expectation to award the contract within a week of the closing date and for the installation to be completed by 30 November 2018.
