Description
This project aligns two requirements, one for permits the other for parking enforcement and notice processing, into one single contract. Both services are being delivered by the same provider, utilising the same hosted software system. To efficiently deploy and run the service, a single service provider that can afford remote access via the web to all valid permit data on the Council's database and Penalty Charge Notice data is required. An ability to integrate with other databases via the web for cashless parking is also a key requirement of the service. This contract will provide the ability to extend the service during its life to offer processing services to other local Councils, so the system must be able to import new data, hold multiple prefixes, generate bespoke replies based on prefix and separate payments received by prefix and remit to the correct district partner.
