WHC - Minster House; Metering and Billing Services

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council - are seeking tenders for community heating services at their Minster House development in the Hatfield. This tender is for the provision of Metering, Billing and Customer Services. Full ownership of the heating infrastructure is to be retained by the Council. When fully complete, the heating network will service 91No units. All units are expected to be live from the start of the contract.
