Delivery and Collection of Polling Screen The contractor is obliged to deliver all polling screens (circa 120) and a frame notice boards (circa 30) required for each election this will include: (1) Receiving a list of premises and equipment required to be delivered to each one (2) Liaising with all venues (circa 80) over deliver and collection times; (3) To provide own vehicle for transportation of polling screen units (in folded position) and A frame notice boards from storage location in Royal Leamington Spa to polling station premises within Warwick District Council area, and return to storage.
