Waste Composition Analysis

Quotations are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of Household Waste Composition Analysis within a demographic representation of Kirklees as per the Specification. The Council would like to appoint a waste composition analysis specialist to carry out a waste composition analysis (WCA) which will provide an accurate view of the types and amounts of materials that are contained within the following in Kirklees: • The kerbside collected grey residual waste bin stream. • The kerbside collected green recycling bin stream. • residual waste containers at HWRCs. This contract is anticipated to commence on 1st October 2023 and will expire on 30th September 2027 with no provisions to extend after that period.
