Description
Watford Borough Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suppliers for the refurbishment of three properties within the Council's property portfolio. Watford Borough Council has commissioned a series of Condition Assessment Reports for numerous assets, which defines that there is a requirement to undertake remedial work to the assets to bring them into good and tenantable condition. The properties within this package of works have been defined as below: Property 1: St Marys Advice Centre, St Marys Churchyard, High Street, WD17 2BE Property 2: Vicarage Road Cemetery, Vicarage Road, WD17 0EN Property 3: Cheslyn House, 54 Nascot Wood Road, WD17 4SL The types of refurbishment required are as follows: - Refurbishment and redecoration of existing windows - Refurbishment and repair of all existing wood door, fittings and trims - External paving to be re-laid - Existing guttering to be removed, repaired and cleaned - Roofing and Roof Works - Missing external vertical wall tiles to be replaced - Investigation of internal cracks - Replacement of electric water heater - Kitchen joinery to be replaced - Internal Door Replacement - Damp Treatment The expected works period is approximately 3 months.
