Ensure accessibility to the ten LPAs, as well as other users, and encourage greater use of the information by case officers in LPAs when seeking specialist archaeological advice. •To encourage developers to seek specialist archaeological advice and utilise the HER prior to submitting a planning application. •To maximise the research and public benefit value of archaeological investigations
