Third Sector Infrastructure Support

Cumbria County Council is seeking a suitably qualified provider to deliver targeted, focused work that would support frontline third sector organisations across Cumbria to respond to the challenges posed by the changing economic and social context. The Council recognises that changes to policy and public sector budgets will require third sector organisations to operate in an increasingly efficient and effective way; whilst still maintaining the an offer of responsiveness, flexibility and innovation. The focus of the work will be to support the delivery of the council?s aspirations and priorities; in particular supporting the third sector to both offer and deliver services in an efficient and effective way that meets the needs of customers and the council.
