Description
Strategic Surface Water Management Study to inform the preparation of main modifications to the Arun Local Plan which covers the area outside the South Downs National Park. The project will run from February 2016 with a deadline date of 2nd May 2016 and must be completed within a budget of £30,000. It will be the aim of the study to identify the impact that potential strategic development sites will have upon the function of surface and groundwater levels in and around the Aldingbourne and Lidsey Rife catchment areas and to identify on-site and strategic level surface water management measures to address these impacts. The study will be divided into three stages: • Stage 1 – Data Collection and Context Setting • Stage 2 – Opportunities and Constraints • Stage 3 – Site Specific Assessment and Proposed Scheme Designs
