Site Access Assessments: Local Plan 2017-2035

Copeland Borough Council is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced consultants to assess whether a suitable access/accesses can be achieved to the allocations identified in the Local Plan, with the exception of those where access has already been demonstrated through a recent planning permission. A number of additional sites which have been put forward since the production of the Preferred Options Draft will also need consideration.
