Chatham Waterfront - Windows, Doors and Curtain Walling - Secured Project

The project consists of 175 New Build Residential units over 5 blocks with 4 commercial units to the ground floors. Piled foundations, RC frames and different envelope types. The project duration is 140 weeks, start date is 17th August 2020 with anticipated completion on 29th June 2023. Claritas Group is the Construction manager and any successful Contract will be let between Medway Council and the Trade Contractor. This opportunity is for the appointment of the Windows and External Doors Trade Contractor. The scope of works will include, but not be limited to the supply, offloading, distribution and installation of the external windows and external doors to all properties.
