Dynamic Purchasing System for Section 12 Doctors

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council ("the Council") is establishing a Provider list, using a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), of suitably qualified Doctors who are able to carry out Best Interest Assessments under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Section 12. This Provider List is to enable the Council to source a sufficient number of qualified Section 12 Doctors who can carry out Best Interest Assessments under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
