Children's Wellbeing Comissioning Market Engagement - Childrens Centre Services For Bromyard Reach Area

Herefordshire Council aims to be proactive in helping children and young people to grow up healthy, happy and safe within supportive families, and encouraging families to live healthily and remain confidently independent. Ensuring the early recognition of barriers to a child's optimal wellbeing, and developing a programme for early intervention is fundamental to providing support to young children and their families. As part of Herefordshire's remodelled of children centre services delivery, 10 hours a week of direct children centre services support is expected to be needed for the Bromyard reach area. The service will need to work closely with partner agencies e.g. Health, early years providers, schools, adult learning providers, job centre plus to support delivery of the children centre core purpose in the area through signposting and shared working.
