***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the Crown Commercial Services RM6181 - Outsourced Contact Centre and Business Services. Brief Description of Requirement UK Shared Business Services on behalf the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) (the Contracting Authority) wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of Contact Centre and Application Processing Services. While the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) (the Contracting Authority) has several schemes in place to support households and businesses with energy bill costs this winter, only three are relevant to this specification: - Energy Bills Support Alternative Funding Scheme (EBSS AF) - Alternative Fuel Payment Alternative Funding (AFP AF) - Non-Domestic Alternative Fuel Payment Scheme (ND AFP) The Contracting Authority requires one Supplier to: 1. deliver a telephony service which provides support to consumers applying for the schemes; and 2. process applications.
