ESCC NB PAMS (Property Asset Management System)

East Sussex County Council require a new Property Asset Management System (PAMS) to manage their properties. As part of a major program looking at Modernising Back Office Systems (MBOS), East Sussex County Council wishes to procure and implement an integrated Property Asset Management System to inform asset strategy development and support all Property business areas. This should be highly accessible SaaS solution and include: • Maintenance management including (term servicing/reactive maintenance); • Estates management; • Helpdesk facility; • Major Projects delivery; • Catering Contract management; and, • Finance.
