Further to your submission of a bid for the above Procurement, on behalf of The Department for Transport (the "Authority"), I am pleased to inform you that your bid ranked 1 st in our evaluation and therefore we would like to award the contract to you. The attached appendix provides detailed feedback on your submission. The call-off contract shall commence on 1 st July 2022 and will expire on 30th June 2024 for a period of two years with the option to extend by one year and a further one year (2+1+1). The total contract value shall be £4,000,000. excluding VAT. The contract value has been extended by an additional £2,000,000.00 excluding VAT and the total contract value is now up to £6,000,000.00 excluding VAT.
