This service includes planned preventative maintenance, reactive works, reactive call out service and repair and replacement works (including temporary solutions prior to full fix) to the following but not limited to: • Guttering's attached to the building • Doors not including appliance bay doors • Windows • Roofs • Walls • Balconies and Canopies • Fences • Compounds • Driveways and yards • Internal floor coverings and carpets
