Bikeability Training 2024 - 2027

Wokingham Borough Council are inviting tenders for the provision of Bikeability training in Wokingham Borough schools, to deliver:\r • 161 Bikeability Level 1 Places\r • 1,968 Combined Bikeability Level 1/Level 2 places\r • 174 Bikeability Level 3 places,\r Additionally, to deliver some:\r • Bikeability Learn to Ride (60 places.)\r between 1st April 2024 and 31st March 2025.\r \r Total grant funding from the Department for Transport for 2024 - 2025 is £110,311. \r If extra funding becomes available and is granted to WBC:\r • To deliver additional training places, as agreed with the Council.\r The contract includes the provision of Bikeability training for the subsequent 2 years (2025 - 2026 and 2026 - 2027) subject to The Bikeability Trust funding continuing, with an option to extend the contract for one further year (2027 - 2028) subject to funding. The number of places in each of these subsequent years to be confirmed once funding levels are known.
