Description
NHSE/I wish to commission a total of 5 suppliers to deliver a PMA Training Programme which includes bespoke training in Restorative Clinical Supervision (RCS) for up to 20 students each, to help ensure PMAs can provide effective RCS to the workforce during and after the pandemic. Bidders can only bid for one cohort of 20 up to a maximum cost of £20,000, and the highest 5 scoring bidders will receive one cohort each only. Bids above £20,000 will be excluded. The course offer should consist of a 10-day programme and be delivered virtually/remotely. It is a requirement that the start date of the course commences between the last week of February 2022 and the last week of March 2022. NHSE/I shall be responsible for the recruitment and supply of applicants to the course. Providers will be paid the cost for a full cohort of 20 students regardless of the final number of students enrolled when the course commences.
