The appointment of a number (≤two per Lot) of suitably qualified and experienced Contractors under term contracts capable of providing high quality research services to assist the Museum of London in understanding audience demographics, satisfaction and motivations for visiting, and how visitors respond to exhibition themes, content, narrative and design approaches.
