Regional and Sub Regional Mini Stern Review

This contract is for an assessment of the low-carbon potential of the North East, including sub regionally, based on possible and planned interventions across the broad structure of the economy, commercial and industrial office space and housing. This should allow a better understanding of the GVA added by such work and the potential for further job creation, as well as the amount of money leaving the economy through payment of energy bills.
